GET READY TO PARTY! CRi invites you to come out & dance at SummerFest '24! Last year was a HIT & we owe it all to our friends & stakeholders. You made it happen -- Thank you!
This much-anticipated third-time event is just around the corner & we are ready to celebrate! A chance to visit with old friends, SummerFest will bring our community together, including: the individuals we support, employees, supporters, volunteers, & other stakeholders. This event will feature a DJ, dancing, food, ever-popular carnival-style games, raffles, prizes, & more!
We can't think of a better way to get involved than to support a unique, inclusive event that brings so much joy to the local community.
CRi supports nearly 700 Virginia adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities or severe mental health needs in one of our 40+ residential programs, day programs, &/or community based services.
SummerFest is sure to be BIG FUN for all who attend!
It's a celebration of summer, fun, family, friends, & community.

Sponsorship Opportunities
Presenting Sponsor - $25,000
The Presenting Sponsor serves as co-host (if desired) of SummerFest & provides lunch for all attendees & additional critical funding necessary to hold such an inclusive event!
Includes: Exclusive recognition at CRi-wide meetings, company acknowledgement & signage at CRi Board Meetings, company logo on SummerFest '24 Save the Date & event lunch table signage, a spotlight on our website (shared on social media), a newsletter company spotlight sent to donors & stakeholders, additional social media tributes, company logo on event signage & print/digital media, & an opportunity to host a company-wide matching campaign or volunteer project in conjunction with SummerFest '24.
INCLUSION SponsoR - $15,000
The Inclusion Sponsor provides funding for SummerFest t-shirts & other event swag, novelties, & inclusive giveaways. All participants will receive a shirt to wear home! Company recognition includes a spotlight on our website (shared on social media) as the Inclusion Sponsor, signage & logo at CRi-wide events, CRi newsletter recognition, additional social media recognition, company logo on event signage, & an opportunity to host a company-wide matching campaign.
CARNIVAL Sponsor - $10,000
The Carnival Sponsor provides funding for the carnival-style games at SummerFest '24! These games were the BIGGEST HIT last year, & we are so excited to expand them this year! Company recognition includes signage on carnival booths & on event banner, a stakeholder spotlight on our website, social media recognition, your company logo on pre-event & day-of-event signage.

DESSERT sponsor
The Dessert Sponsor provides funding for dessert/Kona Ice Truck, utensils & drinks at the event. Company benefits include signage on the dessert table, social media recognition, company logo on event signage & print/digital media.
WATER SPONSOR
The Water Sponsor provides funding for water for ALL participants to be handed out at the event. Benefits include social media recognition, logo on day of event signage & website, print & digital media.

The Photo/DJ Sponsor gets the party going by providing the funding for a photobooth & DJ! Benefits include social media recognition, company logo on signage & other media.
